How to check the balance of your SoShop account

You can check your SoShop account balance for free in the mobile app or by logging in with your account on the Soshop.club website. You can also check your balance by sending an SMS to + 33 - 7 57 90 52 24. To do this, send SOLDE followed by a space and the last four numbers of your SoShop card. For example: SOLDE 1234. You will be charged €0.38 for this request.

You can top up your SoShop card or account in 3 different ways. Please follow the instructions of the one that suits you best:

1. Recharge your account by SMS

• Send LOAD (space) code of your recharge (space) last 4 digits of your card to the number: +33 - 7 57 90 52 24.

• Example: LOAD A123456789 1234

• Your account is immediately topped up.

2. Top up your account via the SoShop application

• Open the SoShop application.

• Select "My Cards".

• Click on "Manage my card".

• Then, “Reload my card”.

• Enter the Soshop Voucher code you received from us.

• Confirm your entry or validate your code.

• Your Soshop credit has been topped up!

3. Top up your SoShop account online

• Log in to your SoShop account on theSoShop.club website

• Click on "My profile", then on "Manage my card".

• You will find the possibility to top up your card by voucher.

• Enter the voucher code you received from us.

• Your account will be automatically topped up.

Validity: You can only redeem your SoShop Voucher in France and must first have a SoShop Card to use it. It is valid for 1 year after purchase.
