How can I check my DoorDash credit balance? 

There are two ways to check your balance:

1. In the DoorDash AppOpen the app for Apple or Android on your mobile device, log in to and tap on “Account” on the lower right-hand side of the screen. Select “Account Credits” to see your balance.

    

2. OnlineVisit the DoorDash website and click the menu icon (3 lines in the top left corner of the ordering page). Then choose “Credits and Gift Card.” Your account balance will be shown on the following screen.

Is my DoorDash Card region-specific? 

This gift card is only valid for the country it was purchased for and can only be redeemed on the corresponding country’s app or website.

Do I need to use my DoorDash Voucher all at once?
