How to redeem a Klarmobil recharge code

You can easily redeem the recharge code on Klarmobil's  Online Service Page. To do so, log in with your user account and select "Aufladen" from the menu. Enter the code you have received from us and your new Klarmobil credit will instantly appear in your account.

How can I check my Klarmobil balance? 

Checking your Klarmobil account balance is simple. Enter the combination *100# into your phone’s call display. Press the call key and you will see your current balance on your screen.

With these simple steps, you can recharge your KlarMobil mobile phone credit in no time at all. Either with a key combination, by phone call or online.

Key combination

• Enter *101#rechargecode# on your mobile phone (replacing 'recharge code' with the code you received from us). 

• press the call button.

Call

• Call 9577 from your KlarMobil phone.

• Follow the spoken instructions to enter the recharge code you received from us. 

Online 

• Visit the Klarmobil.de website and log in with your Mein Klarmobil account.

• Select "Aufladen" from the menu. 

• Enter the code you received from Dundle (DE).

Your new credit is instantly ready to use.
