Does a MediaMarkt Gift Card expire?

They are valid for 3 years after the date of purchase.

How can i check the balance of my MediaMarkt Card?

Simply go to a physical store and present your card at the checkout, whether printed out or on your phone. A cashier can easily scan the code and immediately find out the value you have on it. An online balance check is not yet available.

Do i have to spend my MediaMarkt credit at once?

You can use your card details as many times as there is a balance remaining. A cash payout of the remaining credit is not possible, but it can be used within 3 years after the purchase until the card balance is empty.

Can i combine multiple MediaMarkt gift cards?

Yes, if your gift card balance is not sufficient to pay in full, you can use up to 19 additional gift cards or select another payment method to complete your purchase.

1. Visit MediaMarkt.de and make your selection.

2. Proceed to checkout and choose "Gift Card" as the payment method. 

3. Enter the gift card number and PIN then click "Redeem".

4. The gift card balance will be applied to your order total. If the amount is lower than the total, you can select an additional payment method to fulfill the transaction.
