How does it work?

You have different ways to top up your B.Free balance with the recharge code we send you:

• By key combination

  • Enter *102* in your B.Free mobile phone, followed by the code you received from us.

  • Press the call key.

  • Your credit is now available for use.

     

• App

  • Download the A1 app to your mobile phone.

  • There you will find the menu item "Guthaben aufladen".

  • Enter the code to redeem your credit.

  • Your credit is now available for use.

• Website

  • Visit the website of B.free 

  • Enter your mobile phone number and the code you have received from us.

  • Your credit is now available for use

   

• Call

  • Call the number 0800 664 295, free of charge, from your B.free mobile phone within Austria.

  • Select option "2" in the voice menu.

  • Enter the code you have received from us.

  • Finish your entry with the # key.

  • Make sure the code is correct, while it is being read to you.

  • Press "2" to confirm.

  • Your credit is now available for use.
