Of course you can also recharge your Blau.de balance by SMS with the key combination *103*CODE# (and replace CODE with the actual code you received from us) or redeem the recharge code under the service number 1155 (free from within Germany, if you call with your Blau prepaid phone).

There are many ways to top up your Blau Pay As You Go phone balance:

Log in to 'Mein Blau' with your Blau account

• Go to 'Credit & Recharge’.

• From the menu select 'Prepaid Card and Redeem Code'.

• Enter the PIN code you have received from us.

By phone

Simply call 1155 free of charge and follow the instructions. 

By text

You can also simply enter *103*CODE# (replace CODE by the actual code you received by email) and press the call button to recharge your Blau prepaid phone.
